Enchanted Como Lake - Tremezzo Apartments by Rent All Como

The hosts were vey helpful via whats app they answered all our questions quickly and effectively. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean.

I just think they could have provided little sachets of tea, coffee and sugar like all the other accommodation which we stayed in. The reason being there is only one tiny mini market within walking distance and they don't keep any tea and had sold out of coffee! We travelled by train and walked everywhere so there was no way we were going to travel miles for these basics if we are only staying for two days. We also found the accommodation really cold at night. We asked them to switch on the heating as it is centrally controlled which they did on the first night, then on the second night they said we could use the aircon but we could not find a remote for it. Eventually they replied and said look somewhere in the unit should be a yellow plastic bag and the remote should be in there! We eventually found the plastic bag and the remote but why hide it so well? Surely if you have an aircon in the unit the remote should be readily available to use?

The location is great, just a short walk to the ferry station, though there is a bit of an uphill stretch. The staff were very attentive, stayed in constant contact with me, and were always quick and happy to help with anything!

The curtains were a bit hard to handle.
