Enchanted Como Lake - Tremezzo Apartments by Rent All Como

Lovely little apartment in a great location for Ferries across the Lake. Clean and nice area to sit outside with a view!

A few more glasses would be good.

There is no breakfast, because it’s an apartment

It’s not accessible by car/ taxi . You must walk up a VERY STEEP ROAD for approximately 300 meters or 1000 feet. It was a NIGHTMARE with luggage. I cannot recommend this place unless you are very young or unusually fit . The extra bed is not comfortable. The main one is good. It would be a nice touch after climbing the steep hill to have a bottle of water waiting.

Little difficult to find the property, was up a decent hill and then a side street. Keys were nice and easy to collect once we found the property, facilities were clean and good size.

Very clean and well presented, great bathroom. Central to nice restaurants and ferry.

Should be advised on how steep the walk to the property is, if you had a disability it would be impossible. The instructions to the property are not very clear. No coffee or water provided.

The place is new and very nice.

It seems like this is their first attempt at hosting. There's a coffee maker but no coffee, no bottled water on arrival. it's a nice place but service was lacking. It's also a steep climb to get there so not good for older people. Communication was difficult. They emailed me multiple times through booking.com to ask my personal email for communication, which I provided, but I kept getting those emails. Never got any emails back about how to check in. Turns out they were messaging me on WhatsApp, which I don't use. So finding the place was very difficult. The pin on google maps is not in the right location and the street signage on their wall is old and dirty. It was honestly really annoying trying to communicate with them,
