Die Gastgeber waren total nett und hilfsbereit: mit genauen Angaben für Parkmöglichkeiten für unseren PKW, und als es mit der Rückerstattung der Kaution ein kleines, technisches Problem gab. Von Seiten der Bank wurde auch das sofort behoben. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, die auch super zentral ist und gut ausgestattet wirklich nur empfehlen.

Everything- It's a real pleasure to write this review. A beautifully modernised ground floor apartment in an ancient building, finished and equipped to the very highest standards. A really comfortable bed and good shower. Easy contact with the hosts or their emergency contact, all of whom responded quickly and were very helpful. Brilliant location, 3 minutes walk from the island's main streets, and the sea.. A small supermarket that sold everything only 150 metres away. 3 good restaurants bang opposite! Literally dozens of others only minutes away. We would return without a second thought. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Not complaints but some suggestions. Some older people may find the digital entry and the lighting permutations a little challenging. While there were indeed QR codes for explanation, not everyone is au fe with these , admittedly simple, ways to get help. More details should be given about the fact that tap water is not drinkable. In answer to our question on this we were told that there are facilities to fill water bottles at various locations in Ortigia. We found these to be few and far between. Emphasis should be given to the need to stock up with lots of bottled water. We used 8 litres over our 5 day stay. Having brought a hire car, I feel this should be far more actively diccouraged. Yes the information explains that there are expensive car parks 7-8 minutes walk away, but when we returned one evening from a trip to Noto we found them all full and had to park a 30 minute walk away! Again these are offered as positive feedback and suggestions and do not deter from our love of this holiday home.

L emplacement à deux pas de tout des supermarchés, restos, temple d apollon des deux marchés typiques L appartement est magnifique avec un lit en mezzanine très pratique avec un ado Réactivité et amabilité de la conciergerie même à 22h toujours prêt à rendre service

Le bruit !!! Aucune insonorisation en fait il n y a pas de fenêtres et en guise de fenêtre une porte qui donne sur une rue passante toute la nuit sauf de 1h-5h on entend les gens parler, les scooter passés et le pire les camions poubelles de verre qui chargent juste devant la porte a 5h30 env du matin un tel bruit qu on est réveillé en sursaut! L horreur Sans parler du bruit de la porte principale qui claque des qu on rentre ou sort bref on ne dort pas de la nuit j ai payé 4 nuits suis partie au bout de 2 et ai dû re payer un autre appartement a l autre bout de l ile beaucoup plus calme Les photos donnent l impression d un appartement c est un studio en mezzanine beaucoup plus petit Tout est connecté besoin’d avoir un tel charge pour ouvrir les 2 portes Le fait que l on doit payer 228€ de caution non bloquée mais encaissée!!! Mais remboursée très vite en 2 j

The location in Ortigia was great, very easy to walk anywhere and public carpark was close enough to walk with luggage. The living space and kitchen were generous. We liked the style of the place. Good rain head shower. Lots of towels. Nice bathroom fittings.

Bedroom. There was no window to the outside, yet from the pictures it seemed that there was opening windows. Hated the fact that the laundry and the mop bucket was right beside the bed. The air in the bedroom was always musty. We didn’t like the smart home. The lighting is bizarre. I also jammed my thumb in the front door when opening it with my phone. The keyless access created anxiety about always the need to have some battery power left on my phone at the end of a day in beautiful Ortigia, to be able to access the apartment. The communal courtyard was very untidy as if the residents didn’t care about the common property.

Pas assez lumineux Système électrique pas forcément optimal Il serait utile de préciser (en général sur Ortigia et certainement pour d'autres villes de ce type) que les systèmes d'évacuation des sanitaires ne permettent pas l'évacuation du papier. On s'en accommode mais il est bien de le savoir à l'avance :)
