Perfect location, comfortable and clean apartament, verybhelpeful and friendly host

Great home, clean, quite a central location, it’s a smart home so quite cool and needed no interaction from the host. Everything worked smoothly. We were very happy with it!

This is a very modern apartment in a very good location. The market and Main Street were a few minutes walk. The owners were always available and very helpful if you needed anything.

Domotic was quite complex to master. But still very nice overall

Location can not be better, staff, helpful and good instructions, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and really amazingly restaurated old building, you don't know if you are in 1700 or 2070. Hoping to come back.

Quiet location in the centre of Ortigia island. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Comfortable bed.

The light switches took a while to work out. It probably isn’t necessary to have 7 or 8 switches in each room with different colour effects. The road the villa is in was too narrow for the airport transfer car, so we had to carry our bags about 80m from the nearest main road.

The bedroom has no windows, the entrance to the house is by code on the phone, there is no phone signal in the apartment, restrictions on the use of the toilet. The owner could have made sure that the heating was working, so that we would not have slept 2 nights in the cold, we would not have had to look for another place for the 4 nights of our holiday, we would not have fallen ill, which ruined our holiday. Plus he could have not lied to Booking and chosen to charge us for the 2 nights we stayed with him as if nothing was wrong.
