"One of the best Hotels on this Trip"

This was one of the best, if not the best, hotel so far on this year's Vietnam trip. Great big room. Big bathroom with good hot shower. Everything you might need in the room. Fridge, water cooker, hair dryer etc. And the best thing is - it is quiet, which is unusually for Vietnam. In the evening there are light at the trees outside, and you can sit at the river and chill. Next door is a nice coffee shop with a green garden.

Nice staff. Good parking space for my scooter. Big room.

The Elevator is super loud and i could hear it in my room. Some stuff in the bathroom was broken.

The staff didn’t speak English. We had to called manager for information. The hotel have garage. For one night is enough.

"Big VIP room in very nice hotel with loads of facilities for great price"

VIP room is very big, loads of space, two beds in separated areas + big couch setting, two smart TV's, Netfllix, YouTube, spa bath. Access to laundry for free use and super welcoming and helpful staff. Great value for money. Easy to walk to many streets for food and drinks; recommend hiring a motorbike to explore yen bai fully - front desk will organise. Highly recommended.

"Stopover in Yen Bai"

The location is convenient. The manager is friendly and helpul. Without him present it is difficult to communicate, the staff seems then a little disorganized. The bed is comfortable, the room quite clean, but the bathroom is not inviting.

Bathroom looks dirty, bath fittings, mirror and glass shelf are looking very dirty.
