The location of Hoang Ha River Town Hotel is excellent, nestled near a thriving river stream amidst many locals and a charming coffee shop. The hotel is also located close to the city's walking street, which is hard to miss. The room itself was spacious, and the beds were so comfy! We were able to have a balcony view and admired the starfruit growing on the trees, along with the river canal view and locals biking by. I highly recommend renting a motorbike to explore the beautiful parks around. The hotel staff were very kind; we enjoyed drinking tea with them, and they even helped us with an injury we had. Additionally, we were able to leave our belongings in the lobby after check-out as we wanted to explore the city for the day before our bus to Hanoi. Honestly, I can't recommend Hoang Ha River Town Hotel enough. If you're ever in Yen Bai, make sure to book a stay here. I know I'll be coming back here on my next trip!

Everything was quiet, comfortable and relaxing, there was nothing to not like.

we got an upgrade for a bigger more comfortable room for free, the lights in the room have been very nice, you also have a fridge witch is not loud :) also the snacks and drinks in the room are very cheap. we where allowed to smoke in the room but when we entered the room it did not smell like someone smokes in there. also the stuff was very friendly and helpfull. 10/10 i would recommend this accomondation to everyone

It was in a lovely quite location...we were travelling on motorcycles and having underground parking was great...it was December and cold...having heating was great...only 5 min walk to some nice food places. Staff friendly... room had a kettle which is always good and a fridge

Room had no window but I should have read the description better. Room was great value for money...

Highly recommend, Easily my best hotel experience in vietnam. The hotel is clean, the staff is kind, attentive and always ready to help. They invited me to eat with them several times, they helped me get around the city and even took care of me when I fell sick. Don't miss a chance to sit with them and enjoy green tea at their outdoor sitting area. I enjoyed my stay

No window room Musty room, smell from cigarettes, absolutely no air, AC even make the room smeell more You pay all offered refreshment

due it offers no breakfast - maybe interesting, there is a cofe right beside the hotel

The host invited us to eat local bread, fruits and tea! It was awesome - never experienced something like this in a hotel!
