Too soft bed Not real breakfast- just coffee and croissant at neighbouring bar Noisy fridge

We didn't use breakfasts that are served by Centro Storico in coffee bar nearby (italian style breakfast - very good strong coffee and croissant), because we use to eat a more varied breakfasts. Thanks to very good equipped kitchen with fantastic food bought in the shop nearby every morning we prepared a feast for breakfast. Ciabatta, buratta, prosciuto crudo, peccorino, tomatoes, lettuces, olives, olive's oil, Food is amazing and very healthy there. For me it was worth coming there just for that breakfast. But this was only the beginning! The bed was very comfortable. All equipment of the apartment was a brand new and good quality. Windows are equipped in additional wooden shutters - for use if you need more privacy or quiet. Location of the apartment is perfect: close to main promenade of the small center of the city Manfredonia - many coffee bars, pizzeria's, restaurants and shops just in e few minutes walk distance. Parking for our car was arranged on the street closed to the apartment free of charge thanks to our administrator, Nicola. He is a charming, always smiling and friendly guy who is eager to help. He is in his office at the entrance to the apartments for many hours every day and greets you with a smile every time.

I din't like two things: 1. that the summer has gone 2. that I had to leave this fantastic place.

Beautiful rooms. Looks like it was recently renovated.

For a couple it was excellent. Very clean, plenty of hot water, excellent shower. Kettle and fridge. Jacuzzi bath should you wish to use it. A very smart refurbishment of the whole building. Excellent video instruction on how to enter the property and do the initial set up. Location was good by the port and next to the main pedestrian street where shops, bars and restaurants were. Parking outside on the street no problems.

Everything was amazing! The bed was fantastic! Shower pressure was great, the room was huge ! I loved staying at Nico’s!

We had a fantastic time at this Boutique Hotel. It was right in the heart of everything and the hosts were wonderful.
