Centro Storico Rooms & Suites

First of all, Nico was absolutely the best host. We arrived late and he waited for us to make sure we had a place to park and then checked us in. He was very hospitable and helpful. This apartment stay was one of the nicest we’ve had. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows too. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and beautiful. The location was the best, right in the heart of the Centro Storico. We highly recommend staying here. Grazie mille Nico! Ben fatto!

Highly recommended. This is the kind of place you’re sad to leave. A beautifully renovated old house overlooking the marina and just a few steps to the middle of the old town. Everything is new, sparklingly clean, and extremely stylish. It’s high tech, with screens to operate the aircon and lights and touchpads for entering the premises and room. The bathroom was gorgeous. Our room had an espresso machine, a safe, minibar and a nice touch was the snacks. There was a huge balcony outside our room overlooking the marina. Nico, the property manager, was very helpful and welcoming. Check-in isn’t until 4pm so he was only too happy for us to leave our bags when we arrived in town early. Nico’s son was equally charming and helpful. 10 minutes walk from the railway station.

The only downside was the stairs up to the rooms: it was a bit hard carrying our big bags up there. But it’s so worth it!

Location. Design and comfort of the room

Apartment is located in the heart of old town of Manfredonia. Near sea side with nice beach. Easy access. Free parking place in front of the building in quiet street. Very nice view from the balcony. Apartment is well equipped. Staff is very friedly, and always very helpful. Manfredionia is very nice and peaceful city. Near San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo. A lot of nice cafeteria and restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Italian breakfast is served in cafeteria, with very nice staff. Cafeteria is near apartment. I do recommend this place.

The beautiful and well restored old establishment in the great location of the city.

Very helpful and friendly host from the beginning to the end. Extraordinary renovated building and the room, as addition very well fulfilled minibar - very nice after arrival. Clean and sufficiently equipped. There is no better location in the city, because it’s available by car, but still in the historical city centre.

I had to leave the place. :(
