"連泊向け、一泊だとホテルを楽しむ時間が足りない"

ロケーションが最高 海が近くすぐ泳げ、すぐシャワー浴びに戻って来れる。プールもある スイートルーム宿泊者は無料でプレミアムラウンジを利用でき、お酒の種類がセンス良かった。

駐車場からホテル入口まで少し遠い。 駐車場からホテル入口まで車を移動してくれるサービスがあり、車移動後に呼びに来て貰えるとの事だったが、いつまでも呼びに来て貰えず待ち続けるハメになった。

RAS- A fuir

Personne très désagreable (ce qui est rare au japon), rigidité et pas de solution aux problèmes rencontrés. Mon fils a souhaité faire du toboggan, et impossible car il faisait 1m et pas 1m10. J’ai proposé d’ecrire une decharge de responsabilité mais c’etait non sur non sans aucune solution proposée. Soit disant c’est ecrit sur booking ( je n’ai toujours pas trouvé l’espace dedié ou c’est dans les petites asterixs), soit disant cela met notre vie en jeu ( mais le soir il n’y a plus de sauveteur piscine en garde). Nous avons choisi cet hotel en grande partie pour le toboggan. Au final nous n’avons pas fait de toboggan et sommes ressortis fachés. En plus nous avons perdu 1h de notre journee. Hotel loin de tout, chambre denommé "luxe" qui donne sur un port, mais pas de plaisance, un port de commerce très moche. Hotel bien plus vieux que sur les photos. Nous avons eu des problèmes de ventre suite au petit dejeuner. Hygiene remise en question.
