予約内容と異なる階層の案内があり、チェックイン時に3〜5階で予約していたにも関わらず、説明やお詫びなく7階のお部屋になると案内されました。こちらから予約内容について確認したところ、修学旅行生の関係で変更になったとの説明でした。事情があること自体は理解できますが、事前連絡やチェックイン時の一言の説明・謝罪があれば印象はかなり違ったと思います。楽しみにしていた宿泊だったので少し残念でした

Pool war gut, Strandbereich eher klein. Bei Ebbe konnte man in diesem Bereich nicht mehr baden. Ausserhalb durfte man nicht. Hotel war sehr sauber!

Es war enttäuschend im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Japan. Das Personal war sehr kompliziert, bereits beim einchecken. Wir wollten eine Massage buchen, konnten wir weder an der Rezeption, noch bei der Massage selbst (Türe geschlossen, obwohl es offen war gem. Rezeption). Haben es dann sein gelassen. Essen war Mittags wie Abends fast gleich, Buffet (obwohl Preis am Abend teurer).
