The flat at the crooked house

The host was kind enough to leave us milk and a frozen pizza as well as ice cubes in the freezer which was needed during the heatwave

The stairs were steep for me carrying my toddler up and down and I would have liked a lock on the inner door at the bottom of the stairs for a little more security but all is personal preference.

This was a very exceptionally beautiful and comfortable accommodation which had milk and biscuits as a nice welcome! Thank you so much for such a lovely , unusual and clean place to stay,we would love to stay again

Nothing I didn't like

Excellent location - right in the middle of the town, which is a good old fashioned town centre with lots of independent shops, bars and pubs/restaurants. The facilities are excellent and the whole experience was delightful.

No parking. We were on a motorcycle, so no problem, but a motorist would have some difficulty.

We had a nice time in Ulverston and there was a market and a shop.City train good.Thanks

Cleanliness

We really enjoyed our stay here in Ulverston. The host was really helpful; we had all we needed, including a nice surprise in the fridge 🙂 The flat has a great layout, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is an excellent shower in the bathroom. The location couldn't be better for enjoying Ulverston; a particular advantage is the 2 minute walk to the fantastic micropub Gather, on Market Street 😎

The only thing we missed was having a second key, given the front door doesn't lock when you close it.
