The property was spotlessly clean and had great facilities. It was spacious & offered our family what we needed. The TV Disney and children’s channels were great for keeping our little one entertained whilst getting ready to go out.

It was cold at times. We arrived at 2pm and the heating wasn’t on. It was easy enough to override (a Hive system) and it did warm up; but it went off during the day and was set at 14 degrees target temp, so when we came back at times it was cold. I think a target temp of 18.5 degrees would be better. The only other thing was that it was very noisy of an evening when the pubs were open, the double glazing didn’t seem to keep the noise out. We were in the heart of Ulverston so didn’t expect there to be no noise; we just thought that double glazing would’ve help reduce it significantly, but it was as if the windows were open.
