Appartamento fatiscente, maniglie delle porte rotte mobili e lampade rotte termosifone cadente con segni di pedate e scarpe, piccolo scoperto con piante ed erbacce incolte e grate di ferro, ambiente freddo lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi acqua calda della doccia solo se aperta pianissimo altrimenti gelida contattato subito host appena arrivati ma non è riusiuto a risolvere nulla dicendo di non essere stato informato di tutti questi problemi .

Non era chiara l'ubicazione e manca un'insegna. Il terzo letto non c'è perché la poltrona non è idonea per far dormire una persona adulta. Mancanza del phon e del wifi. Bagno cieco e Lavabo piccolissimoe solo idoneo come lavamani Mancanza di un oscurante alla porta di ingresso.

Había mucha teleraña

Did not include breakfast. The location was way further up the hill than I expected from looking at the street names on the map. Fortunately there was a store on the same level from which I was able to buy food.

There was no way for someone on the outside to let you know they were there, how about a bell? I could not use the shower, nothing to hold on to and too far to climb up! Had to leave early because I was not well. Microwave - I have never used one!

This is the third time I have stayed in this apartment since in the last 10 weeks. I came back because it is convenient, comfortable and has dependable broadband.

I have suggested before that the host should provide some cleaning materials for guests.

I stayed at this property a month ago so I was familiar with the procedure for collecting the keys. The apartment is more spacious than similar properties. The broadband is reliable. The bar stools are surprisingly comfortable and work well with the kitchen counter as a work place. The location is good. There is a Tesco Express on the other side of the road. I had to go to the office a couple of times and it's easy to get to two stations (Catford and Catford Bridge) with frequent trains to central London.

I think I suggested before that a roller blind over the door would be good.

The room was larger than comparable rooms on this and other sites. It was also comfortable and well-enough equipped for my needs: shower, microwave, reliable wifi etc. The location was good, with a Tesco Express across the road and frequent bus services nearby. The hosts were helpful and communicative.

The room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival, e.g. the bin was half full. I would have made a better job of cleaning up after myself if the hosts had provided a broom and a dustpan and brush. They need to install a roller blind over the door as a neighbour's security light flashes on and off all night. There is no reason why guests should have to hang clothing or towels over the door when there's a simple solution.

The area was very peaceful and I felt safe throughout my stay as well as being centrally located to traverse around for food and other amenities.

There was no iron to iron my clothes also it would be nice to consider adding a 1 burn hot stove for persons who stay a longer period
