Nothing, the pictures look good but in reality it’s a damp, unclean stinking property,

The whole place was damp and stunk of cannabis, it took me over 4 hours to check in, And 3 visits from the cleaners.. I found pubic hair in the sheets and stains, dead moths splattered all over the blinds, I got promised a partial refund which hasn’t happened despite chasing it..

The whole place was an absolute disgrace when we turned up. First of all, we couldn’t find the air bnb for ages, we had to disturb a tenant to help us find it. We finally get in and the whole place is filthy! A slug on the wall!?! Skid marks in the toilet! Dirty sheets and damp dirty towels all over the bed! A completely full bin! Muddy dirty floor etc. We blew up the owners phone number for them to finally answer on the 9th call. All she said was, ‘i apologise, i will send a cleaner now.’ We had to wait hours for the cleaner to come even though we kept getting told 15 mins! Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting and i want my money back !

It was fairly close to a station, a short walk and you was there, then a train ride into london. There was a Tesco literally opposite.

The accommodation was a converted garage. It said it had garden views. It was an overgrown mess. It smelt musty and was mouldy in places. It wasn't very clean either. The neighbours' light flashed on and off all through the night right into the window. It boasted a sofa bed. It was a sofa chair at best, which my poor teenage son had to sleep on. There was one toilet roll and not enough cups. The tv stand was broken, so the screen tilted forward, and the clothes airer was held together with hair bands.

It was very comfortable and homely and had a bathroom with shower and a kitchen area with cooker and fridge freezer plus a kettle and a microwave oven and a toaster, the double bed was very comfortable and there was a television which I didn’t use as I don’t watch TV anymore! The access area was at the back of the house and easy to get to by a back gate, it was very quiet and private plus a Tesco store just outside the house and bus routes to Sydenham or Lewisham nearby

Everything was fine and couldn’t find anything to cause any problems
