House Tale, This hostel exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail in the cleanliness and the friendly atmosphere were truly remarkable. Armaan, the owner, went above and beyond to make me feel at ease.. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would, as this was an exceptional and unforgettable experience

The vibe is incredibly relaxing, thanks to the serene location and the beautiful lotus pond right outside the gate. The barbecue with Arman and the other guests added a touch of magic to the evening, creating a truly unforgettable stay.

The place is amazing, very well maintained, and is located in the village away from the noisy town. The owner is super friendly and always available, willing to compromise and help! It felt like home and this family vibe here made me extend my stay :D Highly highly recommended!

A Hidden Gem in Bodhgaya - Unbeatable Experience! I had the pleasure of staying at House of tale during my visit to Bodhgaya, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! Whether you're a solo traveler, a group of friends, or someone seeking a peaceful retreat, this hostel is the perfect place to stay.

The atmosphere at House of tale was warm, welcoming, and relaxed. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, whether you need advice on things to do around Bodhgaya or just a recommendation for a good local restaurant. The hostel itself is beautifully decorated, with a perfect balance of modern comforts and traditional touches that reflect the local culture. The communal areas are perfect for meeting other travelers, exchanging stories, or just unwinding after a long day.

Beds were comfortable

Washroom was not attached to the dorm and have to go far out in the backyard which was also indian washroom and western washroom were mostly given to the guest who is from outside india Improvement: more western washroom for females Should not prefer mixed dorm as the room size is very small and in which kitchen is there so its whole mess as it feels stay is in passerby.

The atmosphere of the place, the owner Armaan who is dedicated to what He is doing, the travellers who stay there and cleanliness of the bedsheets..

A little messy in the kitchen..

Cleanliness, ease of check in and check out, overall ambience and stay comfort was very good.

Travelling to and fro was a bit challenging
