Location was fantastic with many restaurants very close. Excellent breakfast cafe directly over the road. easy walk for sightseeing. Has a powder room as well as bathroom which was great for four people. Apartment was perfectly equipped with washer and dryer, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher etc, anything you could want. The assigned single parking space behind the building was very nice, no need to pay for parking.

Lacking mirror and lights in bathroom and lock on the backdoor to deck was not working with loose screws making it very difficult to open. Front bedroom was affected by noise from pedestrians below on Friday and Saturday night.

Not so easy to find the entrance, because there is a 39 aprament near the parking which is confused. The entrance is on the main street

The apartment is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils.

Non. It is great to have a private parking in the city center. Just be aware that you have to drive into a pedestrian street to access the parking. We were stopped by a police and informed it’s illegal to drive in without a permit. We explained the situation and the police officer trusted us and let us go, but it was a bit unpleasant to be stopped by a police. Anyway, besides that, we appreciate a very comfortable and convenient stay in this nice apartment.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartments with modern design and a lot of space for a big family. There is everything that travelers need in the apartments. Great location on a street with many shops and restaurants. There is a very good caffe for breakfast and lunch just on the opposite side of the street. Highly recommend the apartments.

We like everything!

The location was perfect, in the heart of the shopping district and close to the cathedral and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious for my family of 4. I also appreciated the dedicated parking spot.

The communication regarding early check-in could’ve been better. We were told we could check in at 1 but when we arrived the cleaner said the apartment wasn’t ready. I emailed and called the owner but never received confirmation of the apartment being ready. The cleaner saw us sleeping in the car and informed us the apartment had been ready an hour earlier. It would have been nice if the owner had communicated with the cleaners to let us know when the apartment would be ready since we had two young kids who were extremely jet lagged.

The location is perfect near restaurants and shopping. It is a few blocks from the bars, so it isn't too loud at night. Parking is included. Beautiful apartment.
