Lundur Apartments - Down Town

Location. Private parking space. Size of the apartment. Modern decor.

Shower water had a sulfur smell.

ottima posizione, bell'appartamento con tutte le comodita' e servizi, lavatrice, asciugatrice, nespresso, due bagni Ottimo per 4 persone, bene per 5, per 6 e' un po' stretto

tutto molto bene, non c'erano le lenzuola del letto singolo nel divano letto, ci siamo stati solo una notte e non le abbiamo chieste, ma sicuramnete l'host avreeb provveduto perche' molto disponibile.

Location, location, location plus an immaculate, spacious, comfortable apartment. Perfect in every regard.

Не поняли, как включать вытяжку, не было сковородки для яичницы, только сковорода гриль без крышки.

I just wanted to say thank you for such a fantastic stay at your place. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of town and just across from that amazing bakery. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heated floors were such a luxurious touch—especially appreciated during the chilly mornings. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our time and will be staying again at the end of our trip in Iceland. Thanks again for being such a great host!

Location was awesome and the apartment is well outfitted for a family.

The parking was difficult but expected given the location.

They say location is all, and this apartment delivers!!! 39 Laugavegur is in the heart of the tourist/restaurant district and there is something going on every day!! It is also the pedestrian zone, but the apartment has parking in the back, so all's good. Very contemporary furnishings, all appliances and mechanicals worked well (even if it took a couple tries to get the controls down pat!) Great space for our family of six!!

Friday night was a bit loud from the street noise, but you can't beat the local connection, easy walking distance from the Food Halls, Hallgrimskirkja, shops and groceries. And best bakery right across the street!!
