L’appartamento è ben tenuto e dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per il soggiorno.

La struttura è al piano terra quindi ciò potrebbe far sentire meno sicuri ma le finestre erano dotate di inferriate. Il parcheggio non è incluso ma si trova facilmente parcheggio in strada.
