Cozy apt with great city view

jimmy was good host and helpful to make stay as good as he was able to do

there was some stuff but jimmy did his best to fix all of them so good

The location was great and the communication as well. Beautiful view on the rooftop. The kitchen had everything we need. Easy to reach the appartment with NJ Transit bus (different ticket than New York).

There is hardly any cleaning and the accommodation is therefore not well maintained. The bathroom is generally in average condition.

Great location, amazing view and easy to get into Manhattan by a bus just outside, great facilities.

we had free coffee and free instalations like umbrellas for rainy days, hair dryer and washing machine… the views were amazing, the neighborhood is very calm and we felt secure. the bus stop is only one minute walk from the house which is very convenient to go to NY in 20 min. the host owner very kind and replied soon to all our messages.

some places of the house could have been cleaner, but in generak it was ok.

Building was okay, room had no T.V

No T.V. And bad communication

Great view. Close proximity to public transportation. Nice neighborhood with nice bakery just 1/2 block away. Rooftop deck would be great in better weather. Can be in central manhattan in 20 minutes on 123 bus.

Lots of noise from nearby fire station. Unique common space kitchen that’s shared with other guests within same unit.. No television. Not enough towels. There’s plenty of room for a more comfortable queen sized bed instead of just a full that was somewhat uncomfortable. None of these were deal breakers but could be better.

Great stay, clean and comfortable. The owner came when one of the guests mentioned there was no wifi. Parking space is available upon request. Other quests were respectful too but maybe we just got lucky! Great view from the terrasse and easy to access Manhattan via bus $4USD as at Nov 2024.
