Cozy apt with great city view

Het gedeelde appartement heeft een goed ingerichte keuken met heel wat kruiden, waardoor je in no-time lekkere gerechten op tafel kan toveren. Daarnaast is de ligging van het appartement top. Met de bus sta je op 15 minuten aan Times Square. Het appartement heeft een groot dakterras, met tafels, stoelen en ligbedden, waarvan je een schitterend uitzicht hebt over Manhattan. Ideaal om het vuurwerk van 4th of July te bekijken (ook al wordt het in Brooklyn afgeschoten).

It wasnt a property but a room bathroom inside.

We loved the area, the view from our window, and view from roof! Short stroll to bus stop to the city.

My husband wanted 2nd roll of paper towels. Could have used a swifter mop for my own room quick clean up and the bathroom (it had a battery operated sweeper but don’t know when it ran). Doors on room and bathroom could use a wipe down.

The best thing about this place is its location, it’s too easy to arrive to Manhattan, you only need to wait in the corner for the 123 bus. If you want excelent location with low money this place is excelent

The host was great but I have some problems with the schedule and with his organitation. The check in was one hour late beacuse the room wasnt ready yet. Once in the room I have to wait one hour more to get the keys. I lost too much time on my first day. I came for vacations and the time for me was so valuable. Hope these problems can be solved to future guest.

Good location, bus stop to NY very close. The apartament is comfortable. The roof top with the view on Manhattan is fantastic. It's a great attraction.

Unfortunately, the apartament is dirty. We arrived at 11 pm and our room wasn't cleaned. Unbelievable! The kitchen lacks cups and mugs.

Great location to the city center. The host was cool, helpful and easy to reach ! (Thanks man ;))

Its a nice, quiet place. My booking was on the 4th floor, and although I had heavy luggage, the lift was working fine, and I had no issues about moving my stuff up. the auto check in process was also smooth and seamless.

I thought I was booking an Apt with private bathroom and kitchenette. I guess I misunderstood. So although I had booked for 8 non-refundable nights, I had to leave after the first night because the shared facilities thing was not going to work for me. Also, would have been nice to have a TV in the room. Even a small sized one.

Smooth check-in process and great communication for the most part. Good location with bus stop few minutes walking away to go to Manhattan. The bedroom was clean and had the essentials. Very good price for the amenities provided.

Noise and cleanliness are dependent on other visitors. I think the listing could be better at saying it's 3 bedrooms in one apartment. The kitchen can get a bit disorganized as well given it's shared across many visitors coming in and out.

great location, bus station 123 nearby which goes every 20-30 mins and also takes about 20 mins to the City Center, small supermarket nearby, amazing views of the skyline from rooftop and room A, our room was very big with lots of space, extra closet room for storage/luggage, communication with host was good overall

Bathroom and couch wasn't as clean as we'd hoped but overall tidiness was okay. Unfortunately, there had been problems with Booking.com as our room had been overbooked and we were asked to stay in a different location for the first night. For compensation, we were promised free breakfast. However, there was barely anything that we could have had for breakfast as most of the stuff in the fridge belonged to other guests, also some stuff had obviously gone bad in the fridge (very brown bananas, old cucumber, old pizza, old salad) Also nothing was labeled free to use (like cereal, milk, other stuff in the cupboards) so we ended up buying our own milk and cereal and stuff.
