"Nice stay with perfect view and great location, but it can be cleaner."

Location, neighborhood, view to New York City, owner, connection (Bus 123) to NYC, blazing-fast Wi-Fi speed. Well lid street and it could seems safe for womans for as well. I´m not woman but it seems very safe street.

Floor and windows can be cleaner. It literally would make experience 10/10, but if you please invest 10$ more into some good air freshner and 10mins more into cleaning that would be perfect. At least bed was clean, but please try to improve this in future. This is friendly suggestion😊.

"Good for longer stay."

Rooms in the apartment with locked doors to each one. Beatiful sight from the terrace which compensates different inconveniences. Kitchen well equipped. Bus stop neraby. Good access to the NYC.

Cleanliness needs improvement, both in the private and common part. Very short sofa for 3rd guest in the room (max. 63 inch long) - only for child.
