Downtown Sailboat - Vega 2

I have to say this boat exceeded my expectations. Before booking, I saw some reviews mentioning that the boat wasn’t clean, but in fact, I found it reasonably clean (considering that cleaning a boat might be more challenging than cleaning a regular room). I had a comfortable night onboard, and it’s almost the cheapest accommodation in Gothenburg – even cheaper than a hostel. I have no complaints, and if I come back to Gothenburg, I would stay here again!

Great location; cozy space with mini heater. Loved having some bubbly on the boat and then just walking to Göteborgs Operan Friday night and watching an amazing performance.

I thought it was great fun, but my boyfriend was a bit less excited about how cramped it felt onboard (he couldn't stand up fully).

For every aspiring sailor or pirate, this is a place to be. It's a unique experience that fits the vibe of the city perfectly. It's close to the city center, so traveling to anywhere is super easy or a walking distance. The boat had all that was needed -- cutlery, fresh towels and linen. It was warm inside even in late September. The bathrooms in the building next to the port were really clean and comfortable to use. We really loved staying on the boat and we will definitely visit it next time!

boat was very small and old. The smell wasn't pleasant. Eventually we have stayed only few hours, and than decided to sleep on the airport.

Central position

I was charged twice for the same property. Promised a refund and got none. Utensils were dirty with mouldy plastic cups. We spent the first hour cleaning up.

It was so fun to stay in the boat. Loved the adventure! Felt like glamping which I adore. Hope to do it again sometime soon!

The property is located near the railway station in a romantic location opposite the opera house. The staff is attentive and always ready to help. Captain Christian was always in touch. Fantastic holiday on the water. We had the best time!
