The apartment is close to the sea which is nice. Check in works via self check in, so always possible.

When we arrived there were construction works in the building. People use pressure hammers and drills so it's super loud. Work starts at 8/8.30 in the morning and goes on until the afternoon. This made our plans to relax in a beach town and sleep in quite impossible. You will not be noticed before and you will not get the chance to cancel or get something else. When asking the hostess about it she said she would not know when it starts or ends, though she lives next door and it clearly starts every day between 8 and 8.30. When mentioning it she just smiled and turned away. Before arriving you get a message that there is an electrical boiler due to ecological reasons which gives you water for 25 min. Those were in fact 8-10 min. When stating they do things for ecological reasons they may consider not having everything made out of plastic (plastic cups, soap wrapped in plastic, etc.) Last thing: the breakfast is a 5€ voucher per person per day for three different cafés. The closest is around 400 m away. You will have to go out and walk there to have breakfast. I don't get the concept when you could just reduce the price by the 5€ per person per night and people could choose their own breakfast spot when they have to go out get it anyway.
