Location, clean room, good breakfast, the balcony and all the facilities such as blackout curtains, different choices of lighting, parasol etc

The bed was a little hard and the elevator didn't always work

The room and beach location were wonderful. The hostess was amazing

Parking was a bit of a challenge and I didn’t feel like I had a layout of Follonica sites etc

Great location, two minutes from the beach and the city center Clean, comfortable, provided with anything you need and the shower is BEAUTIFUL! The owner is very kind and available for any questions.

The shower and its little overhead lights were awesome. We could see the ocean from the sitting room and the balcony, and the beach was a short walk away. The bed was comfortable, and the linen, pillows and sheets are good quality. The breakfast vouchers are for a cute cafe with delicious pastries and coffee. Thanks. 🌸

Love the sparkly lights in the shower! And being able to see a glimpse of l’isola d’Elba from the window. Parking right outside (thank-you!). Comfortable bed in a well-proportioned room.

We didn’t mind at all (good excercise!) but be aware the apartments are on the 6th floor and the lift takes only one person at a time. While we were there renovations were happening on another upper floor so the builders were using the lift quite a bit - helped us slow down & stop rushing.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower, tv (with Netflix) and air-conditioning all worked well, which made for a really comfortable stay. The location is great as it's a one minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
