The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs. The room is well-equipped and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Located directly by the sea, the property offers easy access to a sandy beach and a promenade ideal for long walks. Follonica provides an authentic Italian experience, as it is not heavily frequented by foreign tourists. Its proximity to numerous sightseeing destinations across Tuscany, as well as to beautiful beaches toward Punta Ala, makes it an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Finding a parking spot near the apartment can be challenging; however, there are several spaces reserved exclusively for guests directly in front of the building.

We had breakfast passes at a local beach restaurant located a few steps away . Great cappuccinos and fresh selection of breakfast items available.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach! The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was so cozy, it felt just like being at home!
