The room sizes to small especially for adults children maybe but nit adults 2 bathroom to small

Caravan was new, well equipped and clean.

We were asked 2 days before our arrival for a deposit of £100 which would be returned after we’d left if everything was ok. We left after cleaning everything and received a message to say we wouldn’t be receiving part of our deposit due to coffee stain on a tea towel and some hair dye on a bath towel. I find this pretty bizarre because we used the provided things for their purposes but was faulted for it. Perhaps suggesting to bring our own towels and tea towels before hand would have been useful so I could have received my full deposit back. Also a basic small white towel and a tea towel does not cost £30.

Location and caravan itself.

Carpet is smelly. You can find dogs urination smell everywhere.

New. Clean and had everything we needed

Great location, easy access to Windermere, lovely and comfortable caravan with all the essentials you will need. Spacious enough for our family of 7. Bonus has 2 car parking spaces! Will definitely book again soon.

Hot water temperamental but host did show us how to sort this out. Grill was also troublesome to use
