Thirsk Stays - Bakery Cottage

Location in the centre of town was excellent and car parking was convenient.

Lounge/ dining area was very small and not very comfortable. The skylight and windows in the bedroom let in too much light at night.

The cottage was beautiful, it had everything you needed, and right in the centre, would recommend and definitely stay again.

Perfect location within few minutes walk from the town. Car parking by the side of the cottage. Cosy well presented place.

A few small problems at the start but Hayley dealt with them where she was able so we would return

Perfect location, and just the right size for a couple

No plug in sink for washing up, TV remote volume not working correctly, taps need new washers. All these were trivial and didn’t spoil our stay one bit.

From start to finish our trip to thirsk was amazing. Bakery cottage was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable and everything you wanted for a stay a real home from home. Hayley communicated everything to us and kept us informed right from the initial booking even letting us arrive a little earlier. Cannot recommend Bakery Cottage enough. Close to all amenities, pubs, shops and thirsk town square ( literally 4 mins walk) but far enough out to be quiet and cosy. We will Be booking up again

All great no bad points at all

Lovely, homely cottage in a convenient, quiet location. Since we stayed last year there are some new furnishings and an additional chair downstairs .
