Only block address given, without the unit no. Spend an hour searching for the unit. Host not helpful, will not reply messages. Received cleaning instructions a day before check out. The only place required to wash sheets, all bedding and towels using washing machine to avoid cleaning fee of 100 Euro. 11am sharp the house door was unlocked digitally, scary. Worst place ever stayed.

Apartman is not so clean. Alarm is not working, and you don’t have good explanation where is the apartman, we had to knock to people in the building. There is a camera in the apartment, which is verz bad because you don’t know if it's on or off. The owners told us that we need to clean everything if we want deposited back. We did that and even left apartment cleaner than it was, they did not give us back the money.

The apartment itself was really nice and generally well equipped. The location was also reasonably good, ca. 10 min from train station connecting Sant Adria de Besos to Barcelona.

The smart lock on entry door had no connection, it couldn't be open with the app. The staff barely spoke English and had no idea what to do. Luckily some neighbours came, otherwise it looked like we would need to find another stay for the night. The apartment has visible wear and tear, there was no toilet paper and it's not tidy or clean. There were towels lying on the balcony floor, some stains on the walls (don't even want to know what it was), and some bed linen were straight up dirty and we changed it with the ones from bunk beds from a bedroom we didn't use. The living room was equipped with some sort of alarm sensor or a camera with its lens directed at the living room and main bedroom door, which didn't make us feel comfortable and we decided to cover it just in case. On top of that, even though it was non-refundable stay and all conditions should be stated before the booking, we were surprised with messages of a €100 cleaning fee if we didn't wash and dry our towels and bedsheets that was sent long after the booking and shortly before arrival.

Separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, large store with everything you need across the road, good transport links

It was difficult to get into the apartment, there were many rules, but the instructions were unclear and incomplete, the cleaning was not completed, I had to wash the floors and finish washing and drying the bed linen. There was not even soap in the bathroom, the drain in the shower drains very poorly. The walls are thin and there are many extraneous sounds from the street and from the neighbors in the apartment

It was great! A very nice modern apartment worth the money in a pretty safe area.

The lack of cutlery and pans to cook on in the kitchen.

Spacious apartment

There was supposed to be a box with the key outside of the apartment allowing you to enter the building - there was no box, so there was no key.. There was no apartment number. We've been informed the apartment is on the 3rd floor, but it was on the first floor. Took us an hour to sort this confusion. We nearly gave up, but once we got this sorted, everything was very nice as presented in the photos. Very noisy master's bedroom as the garbage truck collects the bins at 7am.

It is very nice modern apartment. You need aplication to come into the apartment. Just over the street is market. And apartment is aprox. 5min away from railway and tram station. You have also a smal balcony.

Apartment is in the first floor and there is a street under it. In the morning it was a little bit noisily. Comunication was only in spanish language. We missed slippers and there should be some more dishes. First day we searched for the apartman as it's not marked. So for next guests: the apartment is in the first floor first door next to the elevator.
