The rooms were absolutely beautiful, including the private onsen. Also the skincare included in the room was really nice. The dinner and breakfast meal were both delicious, and the staff were all so attentive and so friendly. Also the chef and staff were extremely accommodating to allergies.

Only negative thing I can comment on is that the gift shop and hangout/bar area close a bit early each evening.

The private onsen was a delight. Spent a lot of time in it. The meals were spectacular. The staff were so attentive. And I never saw another guest.

The staff was amazing the food was next level

The room did not feel luxurious and was quite old. The amenities weren’t nice for the price I paid.
