Brand new modern 1 bed apartment near Old Trafford Stadium

i am very disappointed about changing booking the dates by mistake I put 27 to 30 my need was 28 to 31 and with in the 20 to 30 minutes after my booking I requested please change the booking date but even they don't bother to answer until my requested date 😢 are booked they don't reply this is not except able 😢 😔 😞 😕 💔 very bad ways to do business just like Nero minded people

Sofa bed very uncomfortable, shower poor

Position Is convenient, close to tram station Trafford bar. The apartment is clean and has facilities to stay (iron, washing machine, pillows, towels) except a dryer.

The building and common areas are very very dirty, although the apartment is clean. The staff is difficult to contact if not impossible - we asked for a chair more and were completely ignored. The second bed is not for two people, it is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. whoever is going to sleep there will not enjoy the experience

Nothing, when we walked into the apt building, there was rubbish just lying about. We left after two nights, cut our holiday there short.

The bed was so uncomfortable didn't sleep. The sofa faces the wall, very uncomfortable, the television is to the right so unless you sit on the dirty rug you can't watch tv. The place needs a good paint job, black marks on the walls. The area is bad!!! Very dirty!!!!there's nothing there to do, felt vulnerable. Wasted money, we stayed two nights out of four, the first night we arrived late so can't really count that, we gave it one day and night and left, moved somewhere else for the remainder of our holiday. Do not go there ....... 0/10.

For 2 people it would have been great

It did not sleep 4 as advertised. The sofa bed was barely a bed and only slept 1 person. There were not enough utensils such as bowls, plates, or cutlery for 4 people, only 2 of everything, including seating at the table. There also was no mirror or dressing table/drawers in the bedroom, which had plenty of room for this. Despite one of the party offering to sleep on the living room floor (not ideal), there were no extra pillows or duvets for this to be possible. Upon trying to contact the owner through calling and leaving voicemails, there was no response or effort to rectify these issues.

The apartment is situated in a easy 5 min walk from the cricket ground, 10 min walk from old trafford. The nearest tram line is 300 yds away at the end of the street. The apartment was clean and the directions to get into it were easy to follow. It is a good size with cooking facilities, dinner table and comfy sofa. It was handy that the key is in a lock box outside the door, we used it all weekend and never had to worry about losing the key. Little tip when your sat nav tells you to take a final right, it is a road entrance to the flats which is easy to miss. Straight off the main road, it goes down the right hand side of the apartment block.

The only complaints are minor. While there is a TV in the apartment there isn't one in the bedroom and also there is no full length mirror.
