Brand new modern 1 bed apartment near Old Trafford Stadium

Great apartment, perfect location for getting to city centre and wider Manchester easily. Clean and had everything we needed. Felt safe all throughout the stay, and there was a friendly security guard for the building which provided additional peace of mind.

Our check-in was 3pm but the host didn't provide the code for the lockbox for the apartment door until 3:05pm and that was because I emailed them at 2:55pm. They do provide the main entrance lockbox a day in advance, so we were already in the building and weren't standing outside or anything. They are very responsive when you contact them though, which is good. Also, I stayed in 107 and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. It didn't really affect our stay but I'd recommend the host fixes it so they can provide a 10/10 service because everything else was great.

I went with my family , we really had a very good stay. Superb location and very comfortable. Kitchen is fantastic, has every thing we needed. Spacious bathroom and cosy bedroom.

The only issue was with the heating radiator. It makes noise every time its on and we turned it ON only at night and it was really noisy and disturbed our sleep.

Nice to have a kitchen as I could cook my own food.

Hygiene - Sofa was dirty and had broken springs. Had to place a duvet and a bedsheet so that it felt cleaner and a little better to sit on but it was still uncomfortable. Poor Customer Service - Extremely poor customer service. I made a special request for a late checkout. I was passed from pillar to post. I did not hear anything till the last day and when I did the agent was extremely rude. Please read string of text messages below. Staff - Hi. This is a request which is not always guaranteed. The property is occupied after you so you will need to vacate at 11am Customer - You could have told me this when I made the request. Why did I have to wait till the last day. Extremely poor service which I will be sure to mention in my review and one last thing I will not be using your service ever again. Staff - Thank you, its not extremely poor service. Just because you never got your way, it all of a sudden becomes poor service. Late checkout is not possible, nothing I can do. Does not matter when I told you, start, middle or the end of your booking. I ONLY ASKED TO LEAVE AT 12PM AS OPPOSED TO 11AM.

Sleeper couch was very dirty

Comfy bed, quiet, near our event, nice view of MUFC stadium!

Door lock was faulty, very stiff. My wife found it impossible to lock or unlock the door to the flat, which was a serious fire risk as she would have been trapped inside if I wasn't there. Also the outside door entry code didn't work.

We were staying for Manchester marathon and it was the perfect location for that

We were very disappointed that the flat was not clean at all. There was dust on the tv, tv unit and on the oven door: someone must have had hair extensions that stayed before us and they were all over the living room floor and rug. We had booked to use the sofabed and when we unfolded it; it was covered in crumbs and the holes were dusty. The sofabed doesn’t come with a cover either so you are sleeping directly on the sofa with a quilt. The door lock also came off so we couldn’t get out of the apartment on the last day, waited 40 mins for a call back o1
