Brand new modern 1 bed apartment near Old Trafford Stadium

The location is quite convenient being situated close to the Trafford Bar station. Also, as me and my friends were visiting for a match, it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium. A modern apartment with a decent view and quite spacious as well so pretty great :)

Nothing to complain about.

Gorgeous apartment inside the out side was a bit grumpy but when we went in it was stunning great location for football match walking distance

Terrible experience with this apartment. Completely disappointed with customer services. The main door lock and hot water were not working. Told the owner immediately but they kept ignore us. We were shower in cold water during our stay( winter session, just imagine). Told them our kids were suffering without hot water but they didn’t concern with our complaint. At one point I can’t open the door from inside. Stuck for 1 hour and finally I figure out to open without their support. I feel not safe inside the apartment and this can lead to due to safety concern in case of emergency. I hope booking.com take action this apartment. Very poor customer support, think triple before stat there.

I'd like to say a few things about staying at this facility. In terms of location and proximity to the stadium it's really good and everything else was pretty bad. As a first thing, I would like to mention communication with the owner, which was very slow and very bad. A man responds to messages almost every 10 hours. It takes a very long time to respond to a message which is a big problem if you have a problem like we had it. Namely, there were four of us in the apartment and the apartment is designed for two maximum three people. The apartment has a TV that does not work because it does not have an antenna attached. In two days of stay we did not have hot water for a shower which is a real disaster. There was a malfunction in the switch that the owner didn't fix. Very poor communication. The walls in the apartment are dirty, it would be necessary to paint it. The apartment wasn't very cleaned. Overnight we froze because the heating a little gladly doesn't work a little. There was no blanket to cover ourselves. Incredibly. A friend of ours caught a cold. As for cooking utensils, it does not exist. Catastrophe

The apartment was really good, clean with good facilities, and in an excellent location close enough to Manchester centre and a short walk to Old Trafford stadium. Our request to check-in early was no problem, we were in by 12.30pm, which was great and meant we could drop off our bags and head into the centre. Communication from our hosts was really good too, all in all I would happily recommend staying here. Thanks Shaun

My only comment would be that the sofa bed is hard and not very comfortable, and could probably do with a new duvet.

The bathroom was spacious with a really good powerful shower. The kitchen was spacious with well fitted cupboards. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

The sofa bed was stained, too small and uncomfortable. The lounge area needed blinds and the tv wouldn't work as we couldn't connect it to the Internet.

Lovely modern apartment that is very good for the money

Only slight negative was the smell of cigarette smoke across all rooms when it is a no smoking facility

Quiet location, we used Ubers to get into Manchester City centre which only cost like £8 and took less than 10 mins to get us there. Property was modern and though small it was cute and had a nice shower/bathroom. Kitchen was also modern. Property had microwave, oven, kettle and some plates, pots and pans. Bed was comfortable and radiators were electric and easy to use though did give one of us dry eyes after having on for a bit the first night. There’s an Iceland, Superdrug and another shop just behind the flats, legit a two minute walk which was handy. We did have a problem with the hot water not working but the host came out the same day and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently and was polite throughout.

There is nothing provided in the kitchen no tea sugar coffee etc it’s self catering to the max, the shower gel and shampoo are tiny tiny bottles so need to bring everything of your own, luckily there are shops on hand. When we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were orange foundation finger marks and hand marks on the white sliding doors and bathroom door however I took a sponge to these and they came right off. Tv unit was also quite dusty and there’s a stain on the rug in our room. It was mostly clean but lacking some attention to detail. We also could not find a hairdryer, just an empty box for one.
