Brand new modern 1 bed apartment near Old Trafford Stadium

The room was clean and comfortable the double bed was comfy. The room is basic but perfect for a short stay. I'd stay here again if I were to stay in Manchester. Its very close to trafford bar tram stop which made getting in and out of Manchester easy.

The sofa bed is very hard and could do with a mattress topper or something just to make it less like sleeping on wood.

Bathroom was nice and clean

Asked for heating to be left on as family have illnesses, it was freezing when we arrived, as because of allergies the carpets were awful, the hover provided wasn’t emptied, so when I emptied the hover and cleaned the apartment on the first day the hover was full again, so wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, no blinds in room with sofa bed also no duvet covers or pillow cases available for sofa bed, I couldn’t update my phone because of age to download app for tv, so didn’t use tv for a week as it wouldn’t work, we were given 1 bin bag for a week and wasn’t told where the main bins were kept, to park inside apartment is over priced, £11+ a day, the day we booked the price went up a further £30 and I think I got charged £65 for someone as part of the deal to clean the apartment which clearly didn’t get cleaned and trying to get ahold of the people on the phone was a nightmare and we ended up giving up.

Bed and sofa bed was very cheap and not that comfortable

The beds are very cheap and old . literally the springs touching your back . couldn’t sleep and was thinking to leave . the blanket was covered with urine . wereported to the owner who didn’t respond well . only reason we stayed it was late at night

mostly the bed and linen
