There's wasn't any hot water, until the next morning & then there was just enough for 1 fast shower. The coffee pot didn't work. And someone wanted to switch rooms with us because they didn't like our room, our room was no better. The TV didn't work, someone had punched the screen.

Arrived @ 11:30pm. Retrieved room key out of lockbox as instructed & we could not lock room door. Only 1 lock on the door. Went down to where office used to be & woke person up staying in that room. He rents room from Lakeside & told us there was no on-site office. He told us to call phone number on their sign, which we did call but had to leave message. We also sent a text message. We were in an unlocked room next to highway all night. Called again the next morning & left message. The lady called us back and sent person out to fix the lock. The helper told us the lock was off track. Again, no one on site and slept unsafely in an unlocked room all night! Bad experience. Have stayed there once yearly for 10 years+, but not again.
