Sea View Downtown - Albufeira

Its was immaculate, very well equipped for self catering, Helana was absolutely amazing even kept our bags once we checked out and drop them to us as we had a late flight. Excellent location. Stunning views, amazing balconies big tv and sitting area. Honestly highly highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful apartment near the old town. (6-7 minute walk). Fantastic views of the old town, beach and sea from our lovely balcony. The apartment has everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again . 🥰👍🏼

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only small negative was we arrived after 10pm and we had no water or anything to drink in the apartment until morning. A bottle of water left would have been lovely.

La vue est très agréable, on est à 700 m de la plage et de la vieille ville d'albufeira. L'appartement est très agréable et conforme à la description.les 2 salles de bains c'est un plus , ainsi que la piscine commune. Hélèna est très sympathique et disponible si nécessaire

Albufeira est une ville très animée donc assez bruyante. Si vous aimez faire la fête cette ville est parfaite. Depuis l'appartement on entend le bruit de la ville mais une fois les fenêtres fermées s'est raisonnable au niveau sonore.

I could not recommend this apartment anymore! Helena was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful! We didn’t arrive till late in the evening but she was still there to greet us and ensure we were comfortable. 2 minute walk away was a Supermarket and it was 10 minutes walk away from Old Town. There is a fantastic place for breakfast called Georgina’s Cafe near the escalators before you go down to Old Town. However you also have everything you need to make / cook your own in the apartment. It’s a shame I didn’t take much photos of the property but soon as we walked in our first expressions were ‘wow!’

In the main bathroom be carful with the door. It doesn’t close properly and loads of water leaked in the bathroom floor so we had to mop after each shower. In the other bathroom there was a slight drainage smell.

Very well equipped, comfortable, spacious, spotless clean apartment. Comfortable beds which is a massive plus for me. Great having 2 bathrooms, plenty of hot water for showers. Everything you need in kitchen, not that we cooked ☺️ but it’s there if needed.Big family table in lounge and balcony. Lovely comfy sofa. Not far to walk into town and beach. Our host Helena was welcoming and very helpful and friendly.

Nothing the property was excellent. A little further out than I generally stay when visiting Albuferia. On a hill so not ideal if mobility issues however taxis are cheap.

El apartamento es fantastico. Las vistas a Albufeira y al mar increibles. Muy buena terraza pero no pudimos aprovechar al 100% su pontencial. Por las mañanas hacia viento. Al mediodia mucho sol y la sombrilla que tienen malamente tapa a dos personas en la mesa de la terraza. Por la noche bien pero el ruido que viene del centro del pueblo no es agradable. El resto del apartamento es comodo y amplio. Buen sofa y TV. Buenas camas y cocina muy completa. Los baños completisimos. Las piscina genial.

El aparcamiento no es privado. Es en la propia calle y si no hay sitio, te buscas la vida. Por suerte para nosotros, no tuvimos problemas para aparcar ya que si no era justo en frente de la puerta, a lo largo de la calle pudimos aparcar, pero no es privado. El apartamento desde la calle es un primero pero desde la piscina es un quinto. Tiene dos ascensores pero hace años que no funcionan por lo que tienes que bajar bastantes escaleras para ir y volver de la piscina. Nosotros somos jovenes (60 años) y no tenemos problemas pero otras personas.... La limpieza era correcta si no escarbas un poco ya que dentro de los armarios.....??. Solo tuvimos un juego de toallas (baño + cara) por persona y semana... escaso. Tuvimos que poner dos veces la lavadora para lavar las toallas. Tuvimos maña suerte ya que unas semanas antes se produjo una inundacion en el piso y olia un poco aun a humedad pero soportable. No es culpa de la dueña, por supuesto. La tapa del water principal deberia cambiarla porque tiene dos "chinazos" que afean un poco. MUCHO RUIDO NOCTURNO HASTA LAS TANTAS DE LA MAÑANA POR LOS BARES DEL CENTRO.

El apartamento amplio, comodo para los tres que viajabamos, limpio, el trato con Helena muy bien, incluso llegando tarde sin querer, por no entendernos en los mensajes, en la cocina hay de todo.Gracias
