The decore and mattress was great. Having access to a washing machine was also nice. There is no dishwasher.

You can hear your neighbors through the walls. The road and construction is annoying, I had read othere guests having access to ear plugs, I didn't get any. There is a strobe light at another construction site going off all night. You have to keep the curtains pulled shut. So this is advertised as a 2 bedroom townhouse. It is one bedroom. The second bedroom is in the middle of the living room. So if you want to sleep and someone wants to watch TV there is an issue. The second bedroom doesn't have its own space. That was my biggest problem. There is also drawers in the second bathroom and they cannot be opened unless the door is shut. It is one of those fast flipper mistakes. At a hotel that would cost less you could have the space cleaned. I was there for 11 days and they wanted to charge for a cleaning.

- The staff is very helpful and friendly (by whatsapp)

- They are building a new complex in front of the house and there is no paved road yet, so there is a lot of dust inside! Cleaning (floor, windows, shower) could have been better. - The neighbours were having big parties with very loud music! - Lacked atmosphere (no decoration, candles, nothing) - No “welcome gift” - not even a bottle water in the fridge - The mattress was extremely hard

Amazing place to stay, love the interior design and little touches that they do to the place. You’ll have everything you need here.

Construction noise starts at 7:40am on weekdays. They provide earbuds but you can still hear the noise. We eventually got used to it but it was annoying at the beginning. Not the property fault however. Also bring bug spray

Cannot recommend this house enough. Wonderful to stay here! The house is perfectly laid out so that everyone has their own space, and the team was so incredibly helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend the chef’s services — we had the most amazing meals, and they were so friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Entorno Villa is perfect if you are looking for some quiet and relaxing time. The concierge team helped us to book a private chef for our stay which we highly recommend, the food was delicious. They also helped us to rent a car for our stay and book a few private tours to visit the cenotes nearby.. We loved the place and will come back soon.
