Location. Quality of finishes.

Beda were not great. Lights in kitchen is faulty.

Unit was clean, up to date mordern furnishing.

Facility, parking was not accomodating. Complex was not user friendly and does jot cater for paraplegic. No lifts to get to bottom level stove did not work in the unit.

The location, the view , the close proximity to amenities

Please change towels and dish cloths more often - we ran out of toilet rolls the door handles broke unexpectedly and water disruptions

The location and layout of the unit is great.

The couch needs to be replaced,as it is not comfortable. Also the way the security gate was installed makes it difficult to open.

The beds was not up to standard, could not sleep on it.

Great location, and even though building is little bit older, flat is very modern once you walk inside.

Couldn't find keys for front veranda, but we didn't ask.

Good location .excellent views. Comfortable apartment .

Couches in the lounge need replacing.
