Está ubicado en un recinto cerrado con personal muy amable. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Agua caliente en la ducha, WiFi, agua embotellada, colchones cómodos. Nos atendió Virginia de manera muy correcta. Buena comunicación.

Die Größe, die Einrichtung

Wir hatten kein WiFi und das würde während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts auch nicht repariert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist Basic. Lärm vom Sportplatz des Oshwalcenters

Exceptional. Perfect location, beautiful flat and responsive staff.

The only (minor) issue was that the description on booking.com says that transfer to/from the airport is included, but that’s not true, they charge 25USD per trip.

whole apartment is beautiful.

No cordination with host and apartment people. i have booked 2bhk apartment but host was saying in option u have selected 1 bhk apartment. same happen airport transfer was free but later they say we dont have information may be booking.com given u false promotion. this kind of cheating will not acceptable. we are tourist and show us some loyalty so we feel comfortable.

Friendly staff at property.

Poor communication of check-in instructions. The team not aware of the booking. Difficult to contact team on arrival. Room not cleaned on arrival. Room smelly and dusty , sticky floors. Dirt on carpets.

Was lovely and very comfortable after a long flight

The reason for booking was the location next to the Sarit Center which was walking distance.

The 7th floor is not handicap accessible. The elevator goes only to the 6th floor and then you have to climb 2 more flights of stairs. There is also no backup generator so that when the power was cut off to the building, it left us stranded on the 7th floor. This could be a life or death situation in the event of a fire. Additionally, the cleaning staff hoses the parking lot and does make it impeccably clean however, if you do not provide a wheelchair for those with mobility challenges when the parking lot is wet, they could slip, fall and be seriously injured. I suggest that at least 1 wheelchair is available at all times at the building. Additionally, I had two very important Zoom meetings scheduled that had to be canceled because the wifi subscription was not paid for by management prior to my arrival. The gas stove had only 2 of the 4 burners working.
