Kitwa Suites, A Modern African Retreat in the Heart of Westlands

Gorgeous apartment on the top floor of the building. It is surrounded by windows overlooking a private sports club which gives the apartment a feeling light and space. At night it is very quiet and calm. Everything was clean and fresh feeling and there is a well-equipped kitchen. All the staff I interacted with, from the management to the security and cleaning staff, were very kind and helpful. I felt at home and lucky to stay in this lovely spot!

Big spaces with clean linnen, towels and bathroom amenities. Doorman was accommodating and helpful.

Doesn't live up with the experiences we've had with places with this rating of a 9 or higher. Check-in was a bit impersonal through whatsapp due to our late arrival. Elevator only went up to the 6th, had to climb stairs with our luggage for the last bit. The apartment wasn't as nicely finished as represented in the pictures, parts looked unfinished or work in progress. It didn't make us feel at home. The shower stall felt unfinished with the anti slip map, and the discoloured slippers. Either there was no airconditioning in the bedroom or we couldn't figure out where it was, but the night was really very very hot. Location was excellent however, and the 24 hr doorman was friendly and attentative. All in all we were happy we only booked for one night.

The apartment is located in a serene and quiet neighborhood, offering the tranquility that every guest desires. The facilities like the lift, free and ample parking, excellent room service and kind management staff just made my stay feel homely, safe and memorable. I like how spacious and beautifully furnished the apartment is. Highly recommendable. Can't wait to stay and experience Kitwa again!

The Apartment is conveniently located in Westlands with a great serene view. I love their level of cleanliness.The Housekeeper Nelly was very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely come back.

Location was excellent - in the heart of Westlands but really tranquil and with free views. Apartment is tastefully decorated and has all that one would need.
