I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property due to BEDBUGS!!! From the first night of our stay, there were signs of a bed bug infestation, including black marks on the pillows that we later learned were typical evidence of bed bugs. As ordinary guests, we did not immediately recognize what they were. By the third day, we woke up covered in bites and found insects in the bed. It became clear that the property had a pre-existing bed bug problem. This was not an issue that appeared suddenly during our stay. The situation caused significant stress, discomfort, health concerns, and additional expenses related to cleaning and handling our belongings to avoid bringing the infestation home. What was even more disappointing was the owner’s response. Despite providing evidence and explaining that the infestation was clearly present before our arrival, the owner refused to issue a full refund and argued that the problem was only reported later in the stay. The timing of the report does not change the fact that the accommodation was affected by bed bugs from the beginning and was not fit for guests. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a serious hygiene issue.

What a gem of a place. Situated about 5 minutes tops from the bus station and about the same from the start of everything including shops, supermarkets and bars. Located right in the middle of Adeje and Americas. The apartment is very clean and spacious with all the mod cons and a great view and has a very large pool area with plenty of room and sun beds. A large pool with a smaller one for kids. The host answered any questions very fast and extremely helpful. Definitely stay here again.

Tiles on floor let it down

Property is well located beside bars, restaurants and the beach. There’s a nice view from the balcony. The pool area was very nice and never crowded with ample sun loungers.

Apartment in need of modernisation. Decor is very tired. There’s an odour from the bathroom sink and when the washing machine is in use. Towels are very old and well worn. Double bed had 2 separate single duvet covers provided instead of a double duvet and they were also well used and in need of replacing. There’s noise from the traffic on the motorway behind the apartment block at all hours of the day and night.

Comfy bed, All appliances to use. A great location and an amazing sea view

Amabilitatea gazdei, amplasare (foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport, plaja, restaurante), liniste.

Un singur minus. De la baie vine miros de mucegai deoarece nu are aerisire.

Szuper helyen van, üzletek, éttermek, strand közelében. Csodás a kilátás, minden megtalálható az apartmanban amire szükség lehet a nyaralás alatt. A szállásadó figyelmes és rugalmas.

Laba atrašanās vieta. Dzīvoklis septītajā stāvā, kas nodrošināja labu skatu. Sagaidīšanai atstāts vīns, kas ir ļoti jauks žests. Labi aprīkota virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo- trauki ēdiena pagatavošanai, kafijas automāts.

Lai gan autostāvieta bija aiz vārtiem, ko atverām ar pulti un tā bija iekļauta cenā un rezervējums nebija nepieciešams, nebijām droši,ka tajā parkojas tikai mājas iemītnieki. Bija vakari, kad mašīnu nebija kur novietot.

The apartment is in the perfect position, near to the beach, it has a pool, the pool would benefit from a bar and some music. The apartment is very comfortable and the owner very helpful

Staff on reception would be helpful in some circumstances but generally nothing really
