Location. Appeared lovely but look deeper. Needs some TLC.

Too many internal steps dotted about the place. Pots needed a good scrub. Not usable in present state. Bedding looked slept in. Iron the pillow cases at least. Check in is rather late in the day and checkout too early. Rat traps dotted about outside. Noisy neighbours upstairs until 3am. Not good....

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable with nice garden area.

No lighting working at bottom of stairs to gate entrance or outside apartment door which caused difficulty at night.

Location was good and the outside space was great for my dog.

It's North facing so it's dark. Not great to relax in during the day.
