Camera foarte curata.

Modul de check-in. Le-am trimis copie dupa buletin iar ei nu mi-au trimis codul de acces. Am mai stat 45 de minute in fata cazarii ca sa imi trimita ei codul de acces. Din punctul meu de vedere ceea faptul ca solicita copii dupa buletine atat pentru cel care face rezervarea cat si pentru persoana insotita. Din punctul meu de vedere nu cred ca isi au rostul din moment ce am platit online cu un card bancar. Cred ca trebuie sa sune si ei persoana care a facut rezervarea atunci cand considera ei ca nu au primit copie dupa buletin.

The terrace

There are several defects, but for the most part it’s okay. We also experienced a problem during check-in due to an issue with the door access system. We had to wait for more than an hour and a half before we could enter the apartment. Initially, we were told that someone would need to come and fix the issue. However, after about 90 minutes, we received a phone call with a different access code, which finally worked. This was quite inconvenient and frustrating, especially since we arrived in the evening and expected a smooth check-in process.

Totul a fost conform așteptărilor.
