Posizione centralissima. Bar e ristoranti e luoghi di interesse molto vicini. Wi fi veloce.

Una delle 2 camere è di metratura veramente ridotta e totalmente priva di finestra. L' areazione del bagno ( cieco) non funziona, come già evidenziato da altre recensioni. Alcune prese elettriche non sono funzionanti. La Luce della camera da letto principale non funziona. Le scale per accedere all' appartamento sono veramente tante, strette e ripide... andrebbe forse evidenziato meglio nella descrizione iniziale. Chi ha problemi articolari, o viaggia con bambini piccoli o valigie pesanti potrebbe avere un brutta sorpresa .... le scale della palazzina necessiterebbero di una pulita ogni tanto...

"Nice flat BUT lots of steep & narrow stair, it's noisy, kitchen utensils are very poor."

Noisy despite double glazed windows Access is hard work (steep & very narrow stairs) & not suitable if you have heavy luggage Very poor kitchen utensils (no cutting board, only 2 wine glasses, old & worn pans etc) Bed mattresses are heavily used / banana shaped

Fajny widok z okna, świetna lokalizacja, przestronne mieszkanie. Wspaniała kawiarnia na dole.

Mieszkanie jest na poddaszu co dla niektórych może sprawić problem z wejściem po schodach. Wszystko słychać z ulicy jeśli ktoś śpi przy otwartych oknach.

"Apartamento en el centro de Lucca"

La ubicación , es una de las mejores puntuaciones que puedo darle , también estaba limpio y las fotos son como el apartamento. El agua de la ducha es excelente , tiene bidet, y calefacción.

Las escaleras son muy verticales para subir , no son para cualquier persona . El ruido por la noche de la gente que transita se escucha como eco, pero supongo que al estar en la calle principal eso es inevitable. También nos llamó la atención que no tenga microondas, ni rallador , ni tabla , ni zumerà, ni tostadora, lo consulté al anfitrión y me comentó que esos son accesorios adicionales.
