Lucia is a kind and helpful host, she has quick replies to your needs (we contacted her so many times 😅 during our stay and she was always ready for us☀️) The apartment is friendly and super clean. The panorama from her terrace is nice. Highly recomended!

It was such a homely little place with a cute balcony that got great sun all day, lovely sunrises. I liked that I could cook my own food like I was at home. It was good walking distance from the beach and main areas. Very easy to get to and from the bus station/airport. Lucia was very welcoming and provided great info on getting there and what to do around Santander.

Lucia has been very helpful all throughout the stay. All the instructions were clear which made the stay a lot easier. Apart from that, the place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay in Santander.

Everything was great. However, the location was just a bit hilly especially after a long day. But honestly, the place was wonderful I really cannot complain.

This apartment is superb... Spotlessly clean, great location and very quiet stay. I didn't get to meet the host, but communication was excellent, and I was greeted with drinks/snacks too. Kitchen available, for a cuppa and more and a super bathroom too. My second stay in Santander, and my first stay here. Next time I am in Santander, I will 100% look to book to stay here.

Fantastic stay at Lucia’s. She provided lots of inforamation both before and during my stay. 10 minutes from bus station. Exceptionally clean . Very comfy bed and pillows, shutters made room nice and dark overnight. Beautiful terrace. Lucia went above and beyond to make me feel cmfortable. Gave me information on a local festival and how to get there. One evening she took me and the other guest out for dinner, showing us all the best places for pinchos. 10/10. Felt like staying with friends.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room is large with plenty of space for clothes, a comfortable bed, a well stocked kitchen ( I loved the proper coffee and little cakes!), and the roof terrace is the best place to sit for breakfast or afternoon beers). Lucia is the best host, it was like staying with an old friend. I can't rate her or her house highly enough and didn't want to leave! In all my travels, this is the nicest place I have stayed in.

There is nothing to not like!

Located less than 10 mins walk from bus/train station. Lucia very helpful and spoke good English and not too bad Spanish! Top floor roof terrace for great views looking over Santander and catching some sun. Kitchen available for use if you want to cook your own meals Thanks Will

All good Nothing to not like!

It was very homely and very “easy going” - just like being at home! Lucia was extremely helpful and friendly - we had long discussions! AND she even escorted me to the bus station so I wouldn’t get lost - again!! Highly recommended!!! 🌟 🌟🌟

Clean comfortable home from home , superb helpful and knowledgeable host, great shower , 2 bathrooms comfortable bed ,full kitchen and nice terrace overlooking the city and bay . Lift to apartment which is on 7th floor Close to bus/rail station 10 mins and shops/bars. Handy for ferry terminal 15/20 mins away .

Santander is hilly just be aware .
