Lucia is a great host. Inviting and accommodating, taking time to understand your needs. The apartment is clean and fully fit for a stay. You are made to feel welcome and safe. It is located in the city and has great views. This was a lucky find!

"Weather effected stay, persistent rain during stay"

Great communication with owner via WhatsApp, gave us lots of good information about Santander and tips on places to eat. Nice room with shared bathroom.

Location was at the top of a hill with lots of steps and ramps so would not recommend to people with mobility issues.

Really good value for money, location was perfect, facility was clean and comfy, Lucia and other staff was kind and really helpful and you will definitely feel at home! ...plus the terrace view is fantastic!

"Great location and value"

The location was fantastic! Just a short walk from both the bus and the train station in Santander, as well as Carrefour market. It was super clean. The tea facilities and the kitchen were nice to have around. Very nice views of the surrounding area from the terrace. The room was a great value-for-money. The hosts were very friendly and quiet when we were around. Very easy to get in. We were able to leave our luggage on the day we left.

- If you are a sensitive sleeper, you might be woken up by the drafts at night (it's an attic, after all, so it can be very windy). - The mattress and the pillow weren't very comfortable. - A bench/stand for luggage wouldn't be amiss. - The shower in the big bathroom doesn't work properly (it leaks and the pressure is lamentable). - It would be great to have the very key info (e.g. WIFI password) in the room or receive that in the message with the access codes.

Beautiful property, with great terrace views! The accommodations were very comfortable, modern, and clean. And the staff were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Santander. Plus the apartment is located very close to the city center.
