Spacious 2BR Apartment Central Colchester Near Station Fast WIFI

The location of the apartment is central, 5 minutes walk from the center of the town and very closed from the train station . There is an organizing parking place lot nearby. it is fully equipped, spacious, clean and warm . The owner is very kind and helpful.

Check in is at 4 o'clock which is very negative, because other arrangements will have to be made by that time, which means extra cost and inconvenience. There were bath towels but not face towels which could have been foreseen and avoided.

The apartment was quiet, clean, modern and spacious. The host was super informative and incredibly welcoming in communication. Cute little food spots along the road. Didn't mind the bouncers downstairs for the club, they were lovely and actually made me feel safer. Thank you for the lovely touches in the apartment, we enjoyed our stay!

This was great accomodation but there are a couple of things to note when you stay. The stairs are quite a challenge when travelling with any luggage as it's on the top floor. The main bed was very small for two tall adults and mattress quite uncomfortable. From the photos, and maps it was very hard to locate, may want to consider sign posts or a very clear view of how to get there sent to the guest before check in.

Matt was excellent host and the apartment was in a great location right in town center everything you need is all ready there I would recommend to stay here nothing was a problem .

We had a fabulous time. Apartment was lovely, nicely decorated, cosy and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area. The snacks and all the things for tea and coffee on arrival was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

It was a bit of a surprise to find the apartment was next to a strip club which had bouncers on every night. Not nice being approached by them with my kids when trying to enter the front door. It was very hot so we had all the windows open but because there’s so much mess, rubbish, dead pigeons etc on the roof below us we were absolutely swamped by flies. Mattresses very hard. Sofa bed ridiculously uncomfortable. We couldn’t wait to leave unfortunately.
