Spacious 2BR Apartment Central Colchester Near Station Fast WIFI

Convenient location. Basic essentials provided. Plenty of local places to eat etc.

Tv not connected to Internet so unable to use it. Vague smell of cooking and previous occupants smoking. Shower head too high so water splashed over end if bath.

Everything was new and clean! Spacious and good value for money

Very central, excellent value for money and surprisingly quiet. Recently renovated, clean, good shower and comfortable beds. Parking at the NCP is 2 minutes walk away. Being able to pay for a slightly later check out was very helpful. Soap, tea and coffee etc provided. Friendly welcome sign was a nice touch. Thank you for a great stay.

Struggled to find it initially- it's a few buildings to the right hand side of the turning for St Botolphs Church and there were 3 key safes - it's the top one! A bathroom and hallway blind would be good and the privacy voile in the twin room would be better on a tension rod as you can't fully close the curtains with it on the same pole as them. The listing includes parking but this is at the NCP car park, not included. Some larger mugs would be good.

The room is very comfortable and is located in the center of the city. Although it is very close to the railway station, it is not noisy. There is a parking lot very close to the house if you drive.

The room is on the second floor of the building, and it is very hard for us to get with the large luggage. It is very disappointing that the washing machine was out of order. I think the housekeeper should check the facilities are okay before we check in.

Great apartment - clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location, close to the train station and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops as well as sights in Colchester.

Nothing really. Worth noting the apartment is on the second floor with no lift, in case that is a factor for anyone. No on site parking, but paid parking nearby.

The property is situated close to High street . The flat is clean and almost brand new , well furnished . Comfortable.

The showers is not working properly , and a lot of water is wasted because shower and bath comes together and you can’t change it ! So need to be quick otherwise you won’t have water until next evening :)) Hot water was available just in the evenings. You can’t do any change to it because probably the thermostat with boiler was in a locked storage . Very inconvenient. Stairs to floor 2, no lift

Superb apartment , big one,with everything needed for a good living, most of the furniture is brand new and recently painted, the secure car park is 50 yards away from the main entrance , all the shops and bars are downstairs, very quiet and a comfy bed. Thank you for the wine and sweets, definitely I will come back.
