Great stay for what we needed. Price was right. Perfect little one night stop. Joanne was lovely and very helpful! Lodge was extremely comfy. I would return.

The property was clean and well maintained. My friend and I stayed over for one night with our dogs and we enjoyed our stay. Jo was lovely, keeping us up to date on our stay and answered any questions we had. I don't think the photos do it justice.

Friendly communication. Easy to find. Very clean. Everything you need. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Hot water. Comfortable beds.

there wasn’t anywhere to really walk a dog straight from the property

The accommodation was very clean and kitted out with cosy bedding and furnishings. The fireplace and TV were great, really don't have any complaints as the park itself is well maintained and lovely. There are some fabulous pubs that offer good food nearby.

My only criticism would be to provide a short welcome letter with any information that would be useful. We weren't aware the property had no wi-fi and had to use our mobiles but the owner said wifi was being installed soon. Also, a box of matches for the oven would have been useful as we couldn't use the in-built oven to cook pizza. Not a big issue though!
