Cosy beach house steps from the sea

Very comfortable, stayed nice and cool during a heatwave, quiet, great bathroom with both shower and an amazing bathtub. Delightful in every way.

This cottage was absolutely perfect. Was clean comfortable and was more than we could have hoped for. The location couldn’t have been better we had the most amazing time. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and we can’t wait to return.

There was noting we didn’t like

The location was exceptional. The Pier is right at the end of the street. Local shops near by.

The location is ideal. You have access to the centre of Cromer. So shops for stocking up, and fish and chips at home if you wish. The beach is literally a walk down the jetty and down the ramp. It's great car parking is included as that can cost extra. The inside is nicely fitted to make it cosy and comfortable. Our children liked the bunk beds, and the double/ king-size bed was really nice and comfy. The bathroom was very good. All this is in grade 2 listed building! Very warm with central heating for the winter months. We loved cromer fireworks on New years Day. We were provided with a free bottle of prosecco, milk, cookies, orange juice, and xmas tree

Nothing, only annoying thing is the kitchen door can get in the way of the stairs. But that's a cosy Victorian cottage for you.

The cottage was very comfortable and warm, with everything you could need for a stay away from home. We didn't use the second bedroom but it looked very comfortable, with adult-sized bunk-beds. The road where the cottage was situated was tiny, and very quiet, and just a few steps to the road overlooking the pier, where there are steps and ramps down. Overall we had a lovely time.

Due to the small road and tall houses, only the bunk-bed bedroom had sunlight coming in, but that wasn't a problem as we visited in November so enjoyed closing the curtains and snuggling up indoors.

This house is in an amazing location that is very close to the pier and the beach. This makes it possible to pop back to the house for cleaning up between sessions on the beach or in the arcade. It's also really central so you can get to the West or East promenade (and all the eateries with sea views). There's also a co-op very nearby so you can get any supplies easily. It was clean and just as cosy as described. We loved the cookies left for us as a welcome treat.

The front of the house is very close to the street and you get some noise through if you're in the front room. There were some noisy drunks passing by one night and it was a bit loud. The parking space is only 5 minutes away but I was expecting it to be close enough for me to leave the kids in the property while going back and forth to the car. This is probably an issue unique to me as a single parent with two little ones. I was still able to unload and load the car from right outside though - just had to leave the car a bit further, which makes a difference if you're popping out of Cromer to visit surrounding attractions.

The house is as close as you can get to the sea and the pier and very well equipped. A great break in an excellent location

The location was brilliant. The cottage had everything we could need and more. The bed was really comfortable & the bath was really deep.

The only problem we had was when we tried to get the central heating to work as it dropped quite cold on the last 2 evenings. we followed the instructions in the book left by the host but we couldn't get it to work.

The location was excellent, absolutely loved everything about our stay and would definitely come back
