"Lovely pit stop on the way to the lakes. Would stay again"

Lovely old building. Bar/ restaurant area very comfortable and welcoming with open log fire. Dinner good value and very tasty Staff very welcoming Stayed room 2 - downstairs lounge area then upstairs mezzanine rafted room in the attic as bedroom/ensuite. Breakfast very good quality sausages

If you had mobility issues the spiral staircase in our room would be an issue
